Anika Mukker
Anika is a high schooler passionate about girls’ rights and the intersection of storytelling with advocacy. She wanted to create a space to amplify the voices of girls from around the world, and her interest in learning from people shaped by varied experiences, writing, and building connections between different cultures led her to starting Project Hearth. In her free time, she loves to learn new languages, listen to music, and draw.
Kaylee Duval
Kaylee is a high school student from Northern California with a passion for gender equality and empowerment and learning about other cultures. Inspired by the fusion of activism with creativity, her curiosity towards the world filled with diverse experiences connected her to Project Hearth, fueling her interest in intercultural connections. She enjoys filling free time with language learning, creative projects, and walking in nature.
Nhat Minh Cap
Nhat Minh is from Vietnam and currently living in Canada. She is a high school student interested in gender equality and women’s rights from several cultures. She envisions a world where all voices will be listened to and respected, no matter their differences, and all people are equal and receive the same rights. That is the inspiration that motivates her to become a piece of Project Hearth.
Alisha Nagpal
Alisha is a senior in high school from Folsom, California. She joined Project Hearth because she wanted to get more involved with social issues and talking about them in order to possibly find solutions to them. Outside of this organization, she loves to learn languages and can speak six conversationally, three fluently. Additionally, she enjoys running, camping, photography, binging Netflix, and playing/watching soccer. She is excited to be working with Project Hearth and collaborating with girls from around the world to discuss important issues regarding social inequality.
